What working at Perunding BCP is actually like
You get plant, not just ducts
Most M&E graduates spend their first five years drawing toilet risers. Here you will be on district cooling plants, 33 kV intakes and process utilities within your first two years — because that is most of what we do.
Direct access to the directors
Three professional engineers run this practice and each of them runs their own commissions. You will be reviewed by the person who signs the drawings, not by three layers of management.
A route to your Ir.
We support graduate engineers working towards Professional Engineer registration with the Board of Engineers Malaysia, including the log book, training breadth and the interview.
Work that leaves the country
We have delivered in Dubai, Dhaka, Bangkok and Jakarta. Overseas commissions are shared across the team, not reserved for the top of the org chart.

Mechanical Engineer
Mechanical
ACMV, chilled water systems, district cooling, fire protection and plumbing design. Chiller plant and thermal storage experience is valued but not required.
Electrical Engineer
Electrical
LV and HV distribution, substation design, protection and earthing, lighting and ELV systems. Exposure to 11 kV and above is an advantage.
BIM Modeller / Coordinator
Digital delivery
Revit modelling of M&E services and Navisworks clash detection, working with our engineers to take models to construction level of detail.
M&E Quantity Surveyor
Cost
Bills of quantities, tender documentation, valuation and cost monitoring for mechanical and electrical packages.
Graduate Engineer
Mechanical / Electrical
For recent B.Eng graduates. Structured exposure across design, site supervision and commissioning, with support towards BEM Professional Engineer registration.
