The Klang facility combined a food-grade processing system, a 3 °C edible thermal storage system, blast freezer cold rooms and oil-free compressed air — each with material, finish and cleanability requirements that ordinary building services never meet.

The automatic process control system ties it together: temperatures, pressures and sequences held within the bands the product demands, with the instrumentation part of the process rather than an afterthought. On a production facility, commissioning is proven against throughput, not just against equipment function.
